These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases at another view. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Payments
1.1. By placing an order, you enter into a binding contract to purchase the item.
1.2. All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
1.3. Payments can be made via iDeal, and payment must be made in advance.

2. Delivery
2.1. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible after receiving payment.
2.2. The estimated delivery time is stated with the item, but this is an estimate only and not a guarantee.
2.3. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the delivery service.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.2. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless it concerns an incorrect or damaged item.

4. Ownership and Risk
4.1. Ownership of the items transfers to the customer upon full payment.
4.2. The risk of loss or damage to the items transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Warranty
5.1. We guarantee that our items are free from material and manufacturing defects.
5.2. Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable period after receipt of the item.
5.3. Warranty processing occurs in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our items.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Personal information provided when placing an order will be treated confidentially and used only for processing and shipping your order.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the items and content on my webshop remain with me.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes
9.1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
9.2. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible.
