Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. Shipping costs vary per product and are calculated in the shopping cart. Free shipping applies to orders over €60,00 (within the Netherlands) and over €85,00 (for international orders).
I process all orders within 1-3 business days. Small orders are sent by post, larger ones as a letterbox parcel or a standard parcel. This means that for orders within the Netherlands, you will receive your parcel or letter within 2-4 business days.
International orders take longer, averaging 5-21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and the season.
For small international orders, I also use letterbox mail. If it’s a parcel, I will add a tracking code so you can track your order.
If you need your parcel sooner, please let me know, and I will send it the same day if possible.
