Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1. These return conditions apply to all purchases at another view.
2. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
3. Returns must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns and for any decrease in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

1. If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt via info@joinanotherview.nl
2. This item does not need to be returned and you may keep it.
3. After contact, I will send a replacement item or arrange a refund if needed.

3. Refunds

1. If your return has been approved, I will arrange a refund within 7 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
