Return policy
- General provisions
These return conditions apply to all purchases at another view.
For all returns, it is required that the return shipment is in its original condition and packaging.
Returns must be reported within 14 days after delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns and for any decrease in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. - Wrong or damaged items
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, we ask you to contact me within 48 hours of receipt via info@joinanotherview.nl
This item does not need to be returned and you may keep it.
After contact, if necessary, we will send a replacement item or arrange a refund. - Refunds
If you have approved a return shipment, I will arrange a refund within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. - Customer service
