Customs and import duties

Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Products are shipped from the Netherlands by PostNL. The shipping costs vary per product and are calculated in the shopping cart. No shipping costs will be charged for orders over €50 (within the Netherlands) and €75 (for international orders).

I process all orders within 1-3 business days. Small orders will be sent by mail, larger ones by mailbox parcel or regular package. This means that for orders within the Netherlands, you will receive your package or letter within 2-4 business days.

International orders take longer, averaging 5-21 business days. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on where you live, the delivery method, and the season.

For international orders, I also use an envelope/letter (that will be send by mail) for small orders. If it’s a package, I’ll add a tracking code so you can track your order.
