Products are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. Shipping costs vary per product and are calculated in your shopping cart. There are no shipping costs for orders over €50 (within the Netherlands) and over €75 (international orders).
I process all orders within 1-3 business days. Small orders are sent by regular mail, larger orders by letterbox package or regular parcel. For orders within the Netherlands, you should receive your package within 2-4 business days.
International orders take longer to arrive, averaging 5-21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery method, and the season.
I also use letterbox post for small international orders. If it’s a regular parcel, I’ll include a track and trace code so you can track your order.
If you need your package sooner, please let me know, and I’ll ship it the same day if possible.
